With New Year fast approaching here’s a few things that you might want to put on your New Year resolution list for your business:
1. Review your business plan: your business plan should be a dynamic document which reflects your business as it is now and where you’d like it to be. It’s really easy to put it in a drawer (or electronic folder!) and forget about it, while you get on with the day to day running of your business.
2. Make a social media planner: having a plan of the topics you’d like to cover and factoring in seasonal events that impact on your business can really help day to day management of your social media content.
3. Have a little organise of your workspace: it doesn’t mean having a clear desk policy but you may find it helpful to file away documents you no longer need and clear away a bit of the clutter. Taking a break is really important for our physical and mental health, but business owners are often reluctant to take them. 5. Hire a Virtual Assistant: well we would say that wouldn’t we? But the new year is a great time to work out if or how a Virtual PA can support your business to help free your time so that you can focus on growing your business.
