Virtual Angels Team

Hello, I’m Nicola – the co-founder and owner of Virtual Angels.

Thanks for stopping by.

After enjoying a fulfilling and exciting career in London for many years, I’m now based in South West England where I manage my business and team of associates remotely.

Lucy

Lucy joined us in January 2025 and has been making a real difference for our clients ever since.

Best known for her ability to manage multiple tasks exceptionally well and to the highest standards, Lucy brings a breadth of experience to the team. That includes more than six years at The Health Foundation, first learning the ropes on reception before taking on the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board. A natural organiser, Lucy provided seamless executive support, managing multiple diaries, coordinating board / committee meetings, taking minutes, and organising events.

This experience stood her in good stead for her next chapter, as a busy mum managing a growing team of her own, including 3 boys and a border terrier called Beryl. Keen to carry on working part-time too, Lucy trained as a SEND teaching assistant and coached 2-3 year olds at Rugbytots: Both experiences she loved.

She always intended to return to the world of executive support, and the arrival of virtual assistance gave her the flexibility to do just that.

“I love organising, but I also really like people and building close working relationships. There’s a huge amount of trust involved in being a Virtual Assistant, so it’s a privilege to do what we do. I get a lot of satisfaction supporting others, making their day easier and more efficient. I do what I do best, so they can focus on what they do best!”

Jessica

We are delighted to introduce Jessica, a dedicated and driven virtual assistant with more than eight years experience, preceded by a successful career in global recruitment and pre-sales. She specialises in high-level executive and Board support, with a particular passion for, and expertise in, corporate governance, company administration, and Board operations.

Meeting minutes can be one of those dreaded tasks demanding a true understanding of an organisation and its Board with all its own nuances and complexities. Capturing the right information and distilling it for appropriate dissemination and action is a real skill. Jessica has honed those skills to perfection, thanks to her years of experience in many different board rooms across a variety of companies, from global giants to growing start-ups, charities to conglomerations.

It’s not just minutes either. The whole governance process is safe in Jessica’s hands, from creating a plan, supporting efficient and timely delivery against it, right through to final filing.

Just like the rest of the Virtual Angels team,  Jessica enjoys building trusted working partnerships with clients, so they are reliably freed from time-consuming administrative and operational tasks, able to focus on what matters most for their business.

She also loves that no two days are the same. Being a Virtual Assistant is incredibly varied, challenging and rewarding, working with so many inspiring individuals, teams, and organisations.

“Whilst I have held traditional PA roles, my business experience is not limited to this, and this enables me to provide significant value to my clients. My wide range of business experience helps me to quickly understand your business and your priorities and to add value from the get-go”.
