Virtual Angels Team

Hello, I’m Nicola – the co-founder and owner of Virtual Angels.

Thanks for stopping by.

After enjoying a fulfilling and exciting career in London for many years, I’m now based in South West England where I manage my business and team of associates remotely.

Lucy

Lucy joined us in January 2025 and has been making a real difference for our clients ever since.

Best known for her ability to manage multiple tasks exceptionally well and to the highest standards, Lucy brings a breadth of experience to the team. That includes more than six years at The Health Foundation, first learning the ropes on reception before taking on the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board. A natural organiser, Lucy provided seamless executive support, managing multiple diaries, coordinating board / committee meetings, taking minutes, and organising events.

This experience stood her in good stead for her next chapter, as a busy mum managing a growing team of her own, including 3 boys and a border terrier called Beryl. Keen to carry on working part-time too, Lucy trained as a SEND teaching assistant and coached 2-3 year olds at Rugbytots: Both experiences she loved.

She always intended to return to the world of executive support, and the arrival of virtual assistance gave her the flexibility to do just that.

“I love organising, but I also really like people and building close working relationships. There’s a huge amount of trust involved in being a Virtual Assistant, so it’s a privilege to do what we do. I get a lot of satisfaction supporting others, making their day easier and more efficient. I do what I do best, so they can focus on what they do best!”

Jackie

For almost two decades, Jackie built her career within The Royal Household at Buckingham Palace, culminating in nine and a half years as the Personal Assistant to the Personal Advisor to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Working at the highest level of professionalism, she provided executive support in an environment where precision, discretion, and absolute confidentiality were paramount.

Throughout her career, Jackie managed complex schedules, coordinated high-profile engagements, and supported sensitive projects with meticulous attention to detail. She became known for her calm, organised approach, her ability to anticipate needs, and her unwavering commitment to delivering a seamless administrative service, often under demanding and time-sensitive circumstances.

Today, Jackie brings that same level of dedication, reliability, and trusted support to every client. Her strong work ethic, proactive approach, and exceptional organisational skills are matched by an understanding that every business is unique. Clients can be confident that they are working with someone who values discretion, builds trusted relationships, and is committed to helping them focus on what matters most.
